Two Recipes I Will Be Making Again and Again

I’ve been craving salmon for about a week, so I bought some filets from Trader Joe’s last night and made Alton Brown’s broiled salmon with citrus glaze.  It was so easy and completely delicious, particularly served over some lemon pepper pappardelle pasta.  

I also made Martha Stewart’s chocolate oatmeal raisin cookies.  My bff ate at least 5 last night and I’m just about to go grab one for breakfast.  They are perfect.  Martha never lets me down.

Most importantly, though, it’s FANTASTIC
